La Boca Bar and Grill’s head chef, Jason Goh, has borrowed the concept and given his own Argentinean twist to it.
Chef Jason’s Omakase menu is prepared with the freshest ingredients and produce, including the highest quality local meats and in-season produce.
This five-course degustation menu includes our famous La Boca meats selection, South Australian produce and fan-favourite dessert.
1st Course
Home-Made Corn Cake
with deep fried pop-corn lamb sweet bread,
prosciutto and smoked ricotta with Kangaroo Island honey.
Beverage Pairing:
Mordrelle Sauvignon Blanc, extended time on lees.
2nd Course
Dry-Aged Duck
with roasted aromatic beets and malbec dark chocolate.
Beverage Pairing:
Mordrelle syrah basket press.
3rd Course
Adelaide Hills Lamb Cutlet
with smoke eggplant, provolone, grilled tomato vinaigrette.
Beverage Pairing:
Mordrelle tempranillo basket press.
4th Course
Parrilla Grilled WX Full-Blood MB7 Wagyu Eye Fillet
with chimichurri and burnt caulilini.
Beverage Pairing:
Mordrelle Malbec basket press.
5th Course
Raspberry Clafoutis
with vanilla bean mascarpone, vanilla Persian candy floss and merry berried bramble shot.
